A totally fun afternoon wedding at Bowers Harbor Inn. The girls looked so amazing, I loved how their outfits and flowers accounted for all three primary colors (rememeber the color wheel from art class?). The cowgirl boots made for a ton of fun too!

The rest of my faves from my recent Mexico wedding. Try not to imagine the sound of the ocean waves crashing onto the white sandy beach. Try not to imagine feeling and smell the fresh sea breeze as it blows through your hair while sitting in a chaise lounge, under a palm tree, sipping a Margarita. . . . just try.

I had a nice surprise this week, Brides Magazine asked me to submit an image for one of their upcoming issues. They were looking for an iconic photo that is a personal favorite of mine as well as a short explanation as to why the image is special to me.

Here is the image they ended up choosing for publication.

An August 2008 wedding at Ciccone Vineyards in Suttons Bay, MI. An image that is a culmination of many elements: spectacular light, a beautiful location, and a completely in-Love Bride and Groom. It's the caliber of image that I set out to create every time I pick up up my camera.

Mexico was absolutely amazing!! I can't say enough about what a great time I had, not to mention what an honor it was for me to be a part of such a special day for such awesome couple. Jessica and Billy, you are amazing! You will go far with the Love you have for each other. Here is a sneak peak, more images to come
